Yep, I tried this blade and not as good. The under the nose blade does not work as well as the Gillette brand. And the blades are not as sharp. Left a little razor burn above the upper lip. I sure wish they worked as well. Hate paying the amount for the Gillettes. A nice handle on the razor and plenty of lubricate on the strip.

I have sensitive skin. This product was fine for shaving the first few uses. If you’re a frequent blade changer it may not be a problem, but after about a week, however, it caused razor burn. I purchased as a less expensive alternative to Schick Hydro 5 but won’t buy again. It’s worth a few extra dollars to not get razor burn.

Definitely not the closest shave I've ever had, not even close to it. But, the price was right. If willing to spend more for something to give you better results this isn’t it.

I am a little torn on this razor. For years I've used a Gillette razor. The price for those has gotten a little ridiculous, so I bkught this razor. While the shave itself is pretty close, the experience was rough. It felt like the blade was pulling the hair out if my face, instead of shaving it off. I thought maybe it was me going against the grain, so I made sure to go with the grain and use shorter strokes. Not too much better from a comfort stand point. Amazon needs to figure how to make it so the blades don't pull the hair out.

I've been a Gillette Fusion user for years but was a little unhappy with how often I had to replace the razor and felt like the quality has gone down. Thought I would give these a try since they are priced much cheaper than Gillette refill carts and had decent reviews. Unfortunately, it was very obvious that I got a closer shave (and less nicks) from the Fusion razors after the very first shave with these. I'd rather pay the extra money for a better and more comfortable shave. 3 stars for the price and for the money back guarantee, but these were not for me.

The price is great for these razors but they fall short in the quality and effectiveness departments. I have been using Swipe Razors (same blades sold by Dollar Shave Club) for the past couple of years and decided to give these blades a try. The handle is not as nice or heavy as the Swipe handles but more importantly the blades do not do as good of a job of shaving. I am finding myself having to make several passes to get all my wiskars cut off with these blades.

This is one Amazon brand that disappointed me. These razors are relatively cheap compared to the more well known brands but are not worth it. It doesn't give a clean shave and I needed to go over my skin more than a few times to make my morning stubble go away. It was my fault for not reading the return policy correctly - I thought I can test them out and return but it is not the case for this one. I regret buying these and unlike other Amazon's branded products, I am very disappointed with this one. This was definitely a miss compared to Amazon's trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

This system works OK for me, but having 5 blades just makes the head too large. Since it's larger than the 3 blade head that I usually use, I find that it's very difficult to get under my nose and around my mouth than using the 3 blade head. So I have to get out my electric razor to finish each time I shave.This works fine for cutting on flat areas with no obstacles, like my cheeks and neck to chin, but around areas that are more congested it doesn't work that well for me.I'm giving it to my wife, to see if she can use it.

They work, but not that great. If you are expecting the same quality as Schick, you will likely be disappointed. I'd recommend just spending the extra dollars. I mean, money is basically worthless anyway. Just get the good stuff.

My husband likes two-blade stationary razors, and this 5 blade style did not change his mind. He was unable to get a clean shave as he likes.

4 stars because the moisture strip puffed up and made the razor virtually unusable after the first use. (I store my razor in the shower away from overspray) I have used other razors and haven't had this issue. Other than that this is a great choice, really close smooth shave. Maybe I will just need to find a new place to store my razors. I will purchase again because other than the moisture strip these are the best razors I've used!

It initially shaves well for the price point. I was happy until I noticed the blades started to dull quickly. For comparison, I normally use Schick Hydro 5 blades. I have had to change out the Solimo blades at about half the time I would get out of a Schick blades. I'd rather pay $2.50 for the Schick blade than $3 for two of these to cover the same number of shaves.I read numerous reviews that indicated these razors had a precision trimming blade on the back - the ones I received do not have such a blade. Given the size of the upper moisturizer strip, the blades can't get close enough to my nose and thus leave a little strip of stubble.As usual, you get what you pay for.

This razor must have a different blade pitch than those at the grocery store. Maybe that is good for some people.The 5 blade razor I got at the grocery store removes hair and leaves my face clean in one pass. This razor removes hair but leaves shaving cream behind after one pass. This razor needs three passes to do the same job that the grocery store razor does in one pass.

Just ok. I don't write many reviews. I've use the expensive gillette sensor blades for years. But it's because of price and the amount of blades that it came with. Ehhhh, they are ok, not as sharp as the gilette sensor blades and only last for a couple shaves. Not as smooth a shave. I hoped they would be better but you get what you pay for. They are not bad, just not as good.

Tried the first razor blade cut the heck out of my head. Waited for my head to heal and tried another blade and did the exact same thing. Gave the blades to my daughter to shave her legs and she cut herself multiple times with these razors also.
