I almost didn't buy this because it said it used five blades. I mean really? Why would a razor need 5 blades. I could only imagine the tremendous drag on my face when I was pulling the razor across it. well it does feel like you're pulling your credit card across your face, I was pleasantly surprised that it's not that bad. And it does cut very good. The shave is close and I didn't have any pulls or nicks or issues with it. I'm going to see how long a blade cartridge last now and this actually could be my new best razor.

What a waste of money. I hate this blade. I shave 2-3 times a week. The lubricant band is just rubber. It does not glide. You have to use to much force to even get the blade to glide on your face. If you think using shaving cream as a lubricant, good luck. There is nothing good about what I just purchased. I thought I would give it a good month, but I cant even wait that long. I wish there was 1 thing good about the Solimo, but I just cant. I rather just keep my norelco, at least it gives me a closer shave and glides a lot better.

As most men one of our inexpensive ways to “treat” ourselves is to try the latest and greatest shave system. It is a way to indulge and not spend a fortune. It is something we use everyday so having something that we can use and enjoy is fun especially nowadays when a shave can cost a small fortune. I do like the premium brands but give me a break. They are a ripoff and you know it. I tried this amazon brand and was so pleased with the product I ordered 2 more just to make sure I didn’t run out. I use each blade for up to 10 days and even the last shave is almost a good as the first. I give this product the highest rating. I have a pretty heavy beard so I shave daily. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to use this product. I actually look forward each morning to get a shave that leaves me feeling clean and smooth. No nicks or razor burn. Just a baby’s but shave and my wife loves it. Don’t toss the high price stuff but try this one and see what you think. I will never buy those crazy expensive systems again.

This is one Amazon brand that disappointed me. These razors are relatively cheap compared to the more well known brands but are not worth it. It doesn't give a clean shave and I needed to go over my skin more than a few times to make my morning stubble go away. It was my fault for not reading the return policy correctly - I thought I can test them out and return but it is not the case for this one. I regret buying these and unlike other Amazon's branded products, I am very disappointed with this one. This was definitely a miss compared to Amazon's trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

This is a pretty good attempt to match the quality of high-end blades and razors from Schick and Gillette. However, the blade itself is just a bit less flexible than either of those high-end versions, and thus has a tendency to gouge into sensitive areas. This matters when you are trying to get a very close shave in areas where you have edges, such as around your mouth and under your nose. If you slow down and take extra care, you can avoid most of this, but it is noticeably less user-friendly. That aside, for the price and rapid delivery on this, it's still a very good option for most folks. That's why I gave it 4 of 5 stars. If they can find a way to make the blades a bit more flexible, it would get 5 starts in my book.

I chose this product for its price, and because it was advertised as having a trimmer blade. But the trimmer blade (on the rear of the blade head) is dull, essentially useless. On Gillette Fusion, that feature works well for sideburns, etc., although the product is considerably more expensive.

We all know us woman prefers a mans razor, they are just better all around...best deal ever!!! I have like a years worth of cartridges and the razor is AMAZING!! Even for sensitive skin like me! Highly highly recommended
