The first two shaves were fine. Then the lubrication strip got too slimy and thick for a close shave. Additionally the cartridge is too tall to fit into tight spaces, such as around the nose. The head pivots too much to be effective. I'll be returning mine.
You get what you pay for. It is a good blade for a very short period of time. Did not seem sharp after only 1 week.I am okay paying Shick a little more for a blade that will last longer and I still love the lubrication strip built in to those blades.
Very dissatisfied with the razors. I can feel razor stubble immediately after shaving. They seem to drag along the skin as if the blades are nor sharp enough. Will not purchase again
These have already outperformed my Schick razors. They shave super-close and clean, pivot effortlessly and don't chafe. And, best of all, stubble doesn't clog up the blades. They flush out easily with rinsing and stay sharp through many shaves. Will be buying more in the future!
Quit paying too much for other brands! I am thoroughly impressed with these blades. Was buying other brands from Sam’s Club, however they kept changing their availability and the price kept creeping up.
I will never go back after 2 weeks with this Solimo Razor. I am tired of paying $20 for 15 Gillette refills when I can get 15 Solimo blades for $13. I decided to give this razor a try as the replacement blades are 35% less than the name brand. I went into this thinking that possibly I would have to change the blades more often or I would not get as clean a shave. I was wrong on both counts. I have used the same blade going on 10 shaves now, about the same as I the name brands. I also have gotten the same quality of shave as before.Overall, you should feel comfortable replacing your name brand razor with the Solimo 5 blade razor. The shave quality is every bit as good as the name brands. The durability is every bit as good too. Why pay more when you can use the Solimo for 35% less? I know I will not.Order with the confidence that you are saving money and going to get a great shave.
I give it a 5 as they do work very well. They don't last as long as others but the pivoting head is great. The trimming blade is works fairly well. For the small amount of saving i will probably go back to my original razors as they do last and work just enough to make me still like my original razors.
You’ll have better luck shaving with sand paper... You receive a lot of blades with this order, and the handle is decent, but the blades are very dull and uncomfortable to use. Not worth it.
